I have been an employee of Regis/Providence for 16 years. I have been the supervisor of Resident Relations at Providence Park for the past four years.  I manage the Beauty Shops, Transportation, and the Activity Department. One of the main reasons that I enjoy working at Providence is what Providence actually stands for; its mission, goals, values, and ethics. I truly enjoy coming to work each day because I know that I am going to a very friendly working environment. We have an excellent management team which allows for my personal growth and development.

My goal is to develop lasting and meaningful relationships with our residents, family members and co-workers. I feel very strongly that God has called me to do this type of work which I greatly enjoy.

I came to Providence in October of 1988. I started as an RN staff nurse working on the med/surg cardio/pulmonary unit. Later that year, I transferred to Surgical Services, working for both Outpatient Surgery and Surgery. In 1993, I was promoted to charge nurse over cardiovascular surgery and after completing my BSN in 1995, was later promoted to Head Nurse/Clinical Manager. In 2003, I assumed the role as Director over Surgical Services.

My eighteen years at Providence has truly been a blessing. Everyone seems to greet you with a smile and you never meet a stranger. Teamwork has certainly been a key factor in bridging those relationships both inter and intradepartmental. I love the staff and physicians that I work with. I know we give our patients the best of ourselves. Providence is an incredible place to work.
